It is important for you to fuel up prior to your Zumba session. However, make sure that you keep it light. You can have some nuts and fruits.

You should not judge yourself by just attending the first session. Normally, people do judge in their first session. This is because there are chances that you might move right when others are moving left. However, this is completely okay. It takes around two to three classes to get set with the routine. Make sure that you stick to the plan of regularly attending the session.

At the time of choosing the Zumba class, make sure you are very careful. You need to select the class that has soft floors as it requires the correct level of friction. This is required because it involves a lot of brisk movements and bouncing. The classes that have wooden floor is one of the best options.
